This problem occurs when your web-browser displays an old version of the Play it Safe portal instead of the newest version.
The old version is being stored in the cache of your web-browser.
To force your web-browser to forget this old web page, you must follow the steps below:

Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open the menu in Firefox (3 bars in the top-right corner).
2. Click on “Options”.
3. On the left-hand side, select “Privacy & Security”.
4. Under “Cookies and Site Data”, click on “Manage Data”.
5. Search and select “portal.playitsafe.eu”.
6. Click on “Remove Selected” and “Save Changes”.
7. Surf to https://portal.playitsafe.eu/ to see the new webpage.

Google Chrome:
1. Open the menu in Google Chrome (3 dots in the top-right corner).
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click on “Advanced”.
4. Under the “Privacy and security” tab, click on “Site Settings”.
5. Click on “Cookies”.
6. Click on “See all cookies and site data”.
7. Search for “portal.playitsafe.eu” and click on the “Remove” button (recycling bin icon).
8. Surf to https://portal.playitsafe.eu/ to see the new webpage.

Microsoft Edge:
1. Open the menu in Microsoft Edge (3 dots in the top-right corner)
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Under “Clear browsing data” click on “Choose what to clear”.
4. Make sure only “Cookies and saved website data” and “Chached data and files” are selected.
5. Click on “Clear”.
6. Surf to https://portal.playitsafe.eu/ to see the new webpage.

Safari (Mac)
1. Open the menu in Safari.
2. Click on “Preferences”.
3. Go to Privacy.
4. Click on “Manage Website Data”.
5. Search and select “portal.playitsafe.eu”.
6. Click on “Remove”.
